Privacy Policy
This policy explains what K-Sinbi (“we”, “the app”) does with the information you give it. In short: we use your photos and birth details only to create your reading, we do not store your photos, we do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
1. What we collect and why

2. Face and hand measurements
To read your palm and face, the app detects points on your hand and face (for example finger joints, the width of your jaw or the distance between your eyes) and turns them into proportions. These measurements are used only to produce your reading. They are not used to identify you, are not stored after your reading is created, and are never sold, leased or shared for any other purpose. Before you add your first palm or face photo, the app explains this and asks for your consent; you can say no, and then no photos are taken.
Retention and destruction. Photos and the measurements taken from them exist only in memory while your reading is being created, usually a few seconds, and are discarded as soon as it is done. We keep no copy, so there is nothing left to destroy later.
Partner photos. If you add someone else's palm or face photo for a compatibility reading, the app asks you each time to confirm that they have agreed. Their photos are handled exactly like yours.
While the camera guide is open, hand detection runs on your device to tell you when your hand is in position. Camera frames are not sent to us until you take the photo.
3. What stays on your device
- While the app is open, your finished reading is held in an encrypted form that only our server can open, so purchased sections can be unlocked without us keeping a copy. It is gone when you close the app.
- Saved compatibility readings and your purchase token are kept on your device.
Deleting the app, or clearing its data, removes them.
4. Service providers
- Cloudflare — hosting and network delivery for our website.
- Fly.io (United States) — runs the server that creates readings.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payments and refunds.
- jsDelivr — delivers the open-source on-device hand detection library to the app.
These providers may process technical data such as IP address as part of delivering their service. We do not use advertising networks or analytics SDKs that track you across apps.
5. What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent personal information.
- We don't use your photos to train models without asking you separately.
- We don't make health, medical, lifespan, financial or legal predictions.
- We don't judge character from ethnic features.
6. Children
K-Sinbi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will help.
7. Your rights
Because we don't keep your photos or birth details on our servers, there is usually nothing for us to delete. Depending on where you live (for example California, Illinois, Texas, Washington or the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, delete or correct personal information or to withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app before the change applies to you.
