Terms of Use
1. Entertainment only
K-Sinbi offers readings based on traditional Korean palm reading, face reading and five-element calendar interpretation. Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not predictions of fact and are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or relationship advice. Don't make important decisions based only on a reading.
2. Your photos and other people
Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it. If you enter a partner's details or photos for a compatibility reading, you confirm that you have their permission.
3. Purchases
- Paid readings are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
- Your first compatibility reading is free; additional ones are purchased individually.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the app to harass or make decisions about other people (for example in hiring, lending, housing or insurance), don't upload unlawful content, and don't try to access locked content without purchasing it.
5. Content
The reading texts, designs and software belong to K-Sinbi. You may share your own readings for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on readings or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, notify you in the app.
